I completed my PCTO experience in a photography studio. The studio offers different services such as ID photos, photo printing, photocopies, flyers and posters printing. It also provides parcel collection and shipping services through DHL.
This experience helped me improve my technical and digital skills, especially in photo editing and printing. I also developed communication skills because I worked in direct contact with customers.
Overall, this internship was a positive and useful experience. It helped me understand how a small business works and how important responsibility and precision are in a working environment.
I believe this experience has improved my confidence and provided me with useful skills for my future. I improved my organization skills and my ability to manage different tasks at the same time.
